Ingredients

  • baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • kosher salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. JuJu Royal Rosemary EVOO
  • 4 garlic cloves garlic, minced

Cooking instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Toss the potatoes with EVOO, garlic, rosemary, and season generously with salt and pepper.

Place potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until crispy for 1 – 1.5 hours.

What do you call a potato when it’s high?  A BAKED potato! 🙂
