Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 large organic mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup basil, thinly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss to mix.

Refrigerate until ready.

Salad Dressing

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until well blended.

Drizzle over mango salad and toss until well mixed.
