Ingredients
- baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
- 2 tbsp. JuJu Royal Rosemary EVOO
- 4 garlic cloves garlic, minced
Cooking instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss the potatoes with EVOO, garlic, rosemary, and season generously with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until crispy for 1 – 1.5 hours.
