This olive spread made with JuJu Royal Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is a quick tapas dish that can be made any time of year and for any occasion. Spread it on toasted baguette, crackers or veggies. It also pairs well with smoked fish.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 cups black olives
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup JuJu Royal Garlic EVOO
Instructions
With a food processor, add olives, garlic, capers and pulse intermittently until well combined.
Place mixture in a bowl and add lemon juice, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Mix well.
Slowly drizzle olive oil, stirring into seasoned mixture.
Serve with toasted baguette.
