No cooking required!
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp JuJu Royal Ginger Honey
- 1/4 cup JuJu Royal Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
- 6 cups arugula lettuce
- 2 navel oranges, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/4 cup of pinenuts
Place greens onto a plate and top with oranges and pinenuts.
Drizzle vinaigrette to desired taste and enjoy!
