A versatile firm fish that can be fried, baked, grilled, and stewed. Snapper is very lean, high in protein, with a sweet nutty flavor and a mild fish taste. A quick and easy dish, using JuJu Royal Ginger Honey that will easily impress your family and friends!


  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4 tbsp bourdon
  • coarse Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1¾ lb whole wild caught red snapper
  • 4 tbsp JuJu Royal CBD Ginger Honey

Cooking instructions

Clean and descale snapper. Score three slices across both sides of the fish. Drench fish with lime juice and sprinkle with salt.

In a separate bowl, mix honey and bourbon and set aside.

Add snapper to medium high grill and brush with ginger honey bourbon on each side. Cook for about 7-8 minutes per side.

Remove from grill and serve immediately.

When shopping for fresh fish, make sure you ask from where it is sourced. Look at the color of the skin, scales, eyes, and gills. Feel the firmness of the body and the tail and lastly smell.
