A spicy and savory noodle salad, with bold flavor using JuJu Royal Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Ginger Honey. A great way to use small odds and ends that often go to waste. A swirl of deliciousness.

Almond Dressing


In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except water. Whisk until smooth.

Add water to thin dressing, if needed.

Noodle Salad

  • 4 Packs Ramen Noodles
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, julienne
  • 1 cup yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup red pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced


Cook noodles according to the package, then rinse with cold water.

Toss in all vegetables and dressing. Mix to combine.

Top with parsley and sliced almonds.
