Cod is a mild white fish with a firm texture, great for frying. Crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside made with gluten-free batter. A perfect dish for a gathering

Cut cod fillets into 1-inch cubes and place in a large bowl.

Add ginger, garlic, sake and salt and rub mixture onto fish cubes.

Fill large pot with several inches of oil and bring to 340 degrees.

Sprinkle potato starch over fish bites and toss to combine well.

Fry fish bites in the oil until brown and crispy, 4-5 minutes.

Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a large platter.

Serve with lemon wedges and sweet chili sauce.
