- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tsp JuJu Royal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup JuJu Royal Ginger Honey
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes.
Remove walnuts from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Once cool, roughly chop.
Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
Brush each peach half with olive oil on both sides.
Grill peaches cut side down for 5 minutes until grill marks form.
Flip and pack with brown sugar and drizzle on honey, grill for another 2 minutes until slightly tender.
Remove peaches from the grill and place on a large plate.
To serve, top with roasted walnuts and drizzle on additional honey. Serve warm.
Grilled peached go great with Ricotta, Granola, and or with your favorite Ice Cream.
