A quick-fire sauce using JuJu Royal Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a great way to dress up your favorite protein. Try it with Grilled Jerk Tofu, a meat alternative that carries loads of health benefits.

Spicy Jerk Chimichurri Sauce


  • 2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup JuJu Royal Spicy Jerk Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar


In a blender, pulse all ingredients until minced.

Grilled Jerk Tofu



Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush block tofu with olive oil and season with garlic, cumin and paprika.

Grill for 4-6 minutes until golden brown on each side by gently flipping once.

Cut into triangles.

Arrange on top of chimichurri sauce and top with another spoonful of chimichurri sauce.

How to Drain Tofu

Tofu needs to be drained before using.

Drain off the liquid and place tofu block onto several layers of paper towels.

Gently squeeze excess water from the block using the paper towels.

Allow tofu to drain for 15 minutes.
