Fall has arrived! This salmon dish is so delightful using JuJu Royal Ginger Honey, sweet and savory and filled with seasonal ingredients that support and enhance a healthy immune system.


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp JuJu Royal Ginger Honey
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven on broil.

Place fillets on a non-stick baking sheet, with skin side down.

In a small mixing bowl, add honey, orange juice, zest, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Spoon mixture over salmon.

Broil for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

If desired sprinkle additional garlic on top of the salmon before serving.

Serve immediately with rice or your favorite vegetable.
