  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • pinch chili flakes, to taste
  • 1 tbsp JuJu Royal Spicy Jerk EVOO
  • 1 large organic brown egg
  • 1 croissant, halved lengthwise
  • 1 handful of spinach or favorite microgreens
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 lemon slices


Wash and cut radish and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and yogurt together. Add pinch of chili flakes.

In a medium frying pan over medium to low heat, swirl pan to coat with olive oil.

Carefully crack egg into pan, not breaking the yolk.

Lower heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Warm croissant on a baking sheet in the oven for 2 minutes.


Spread cream cheese mixture onto bread slices.

Add spinach and layer of radish.

Arrange salmon slices, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.

Place egg on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with croissant top.
