- 1 head of kale, washed and dried
- pinch of sea salt to taste
- 2 tbsp JuJu Royal Spicy Jerk Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 275.
Remove the ribs from the kale and discard.
Cut leaves into 1 inch pieces.
Toss kale, olive oil, and sea salt together in mixing bowl until leaves are well coated with oil.
Spread seasoned kale on parchment lined baking sheet, avoid overlapping the pieces.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp, turning leaves halfway through baking.
