Haddock is lean and mild fish that you can broil. A fish sandwich that’s a boost of flavors made with JuJu Royal Extra Virgin Olive Oil, aromatic cumin and coriander.


  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup organic tahini
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp JuJu Royal Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 skinless haddock fillets
  • 2 handful of arugula
  • 8 slices wheat bread, toasted


Turn on oven broiler with rack 4 inches below heating element.

In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, tahini, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and mix and set aside.

In another bowl, mix oil with the remaining seasonings including pepper.

Place fillets onto baking sheet and brush with oil mixture.

Broil for 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

Slightly toast bread in a toaster and spread yogurt-tahini mixture on bottom and top of the bread.

Place fish fillets on top of bread, then place arugula and bread top.

Serve with sweet potato fries or side salad.
